How do you wash your hair?

Which method do you generally use when washing your hair?

Shampoo by Desert Essece. The conditioner varies a bit. At home usually one cheap by COOP (grocery store chain in Sweden) and when I visit my boyfriend one by Schauma.

I wash it with water, massage shampoo into the scalp and all the way to the ends, then rinse, apply conditioner from the middle of the hair and out to the very tips. I feel like it gets greasy much quicker if I put conditioner as deep down onto the scalp as I do with shampoo.

My preferred shampoo and conditioner come from the brand Moroccan Oil, which is quite expensive but totally worth the extra cash in my opinion.

#2 Why do you wash it twice with shampoo, what makes it better in your opinion?

#3 How come you're not using shampoo or conditioner? :) Is it healthier?

#5 Yes, it's from when I tried to save my hair to Terminal (as long as my hair will grow). Sometime in the future I will try again when my doughter is older and then I want to have a fresh start.

And it's way cheaper and easyer too and thats a big plus

#7 Yes me too. I think it's because the air and water is so clear here (you can basically go to a stream and drink it without boiling.)
